Bardales has a background in sales and customer service, previously working as a car salesman and a claims adjuster. His passion for helping others and his well-rounded skillset led him to a career in real estate.
He moved from California to Florida over six months ago, and has thoroughly enjoyed the people, beaches restaurants and weather that Florida has to offer.
Bardales is fluent in both English and Spanish. He’s happily married to his wife, Becky, and the two have one son together. When he’s not servicing clients, Bardales enjoys spending time with family, boating/kayaking, camping and cooking
Garcia has served over 18 years in the industry and was drawn to Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE due to the strong team feeling as well as the national brand recognition of Weichert®.
Garcia, who is fluent in both English and Spanish, attended Cambridge College and majored in non-profit management.
Serpa carries over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker, franchise brand developer and real estate business consultant. Her experience includes owning and operating a real estate office, as well as helping to build several major real estate brands.
Originally from Rhode Island, Serpa resides in Bonita Springs.
