Veranich holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida Gulf Coast University, and later went on to work as an administrative assistant at the university after graduating.
Baldvinsson was excited at the opportunity to join Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE because of the company’s outstanding reputation in the area, along with the industry leading technology and tools offered to agents.A native of Davie, Florida, Veranich enjoys hockey and spending time at the beach when he’s not servicing clients.
Baldvinsson, who previously worked for Royal Shell Realtors, has been in the real estate industry for one year.
A native of Walnut Creek, California, Baldvinsson enjoys golf, singing and music when she’s not servicing clients. She’s also fluent in German and Icelandic.
