Realtors® Greg Murphy and Christina Martinez earn prestigious President’s Club award
SOUTH EASTON, Mass. / Feb. 15, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – Briarwood Real Estate, located in Easton, is proud to announce that Realtors Greg Murphy and Christina Martinez have been named the office’s top sales associates in 2018 by the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., Northern New England Broker Council.
The Council also named Valerie Riberio, an agent at the Weichert® affiliate, as its 2018 Rookie of the Year.
In addition, nine other agents at Weichert, Realtors® – Briarwood Real Estate were honored by the national franchise organization for their 2018 sales productions. All awards are based on a minimum requirements per award category in gross commission income earned or real estate transactions closed in 2018. Kim Duke and Cliff Hyppolite (Ambassador Club Award); Matthew Salgado, Derrick Goldsmith and Jerry Dugre (Executive Club Award); and Andrea Herrero, Karen Robertson, Kim Shultz-Foley and MieneSmith (Sales Achievement Award).
Weichert, Realtors® – Briarwood Real Estate was also was recognized by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. for its annual sales production last year. The company was presented with the Ambassador’s Cup, marking the sixth year in a row the office has received the award. All awards are based on achieving specified production requirements in gross commission income or units earned in 2018.
