NORMAN, Okla. / Dec. 22, 2020 – The team at Weichert Realtors® – Centennial stepped up again to assist the local community by volunteering for Operation School Bell®, an event that provides clothing and supplies for students in need and is organized by the Assistance League® of Norman.
Members from Weichert Realtors® – Centennial were paired up with local underserved students from Norman and Little Axe Public Schools and helped guide the students as they picked out new clothing in a retail-like environment. The children who participated in the program were referred to the Assistance League of Norman by teachers and school counselors.
“I’m very proud of our team for continually taking the initiative to get involved and help provide for those in need within our community,” said Anthony Graham, owner of Weichert Realtors® – Centennial. “Our team was very excited to get to know these students and assist them throughout the event.”
This marked the second straight year that Weichert Realtors® – Centennial has taken part in Operation School Bell. The event has consistently provided clothing for over 2,000 students in the Norman area on a yearly basis.
