PRESCOTT, Ariz. / June 22, 2023 – Weichert, Realtors® – CLA, a local real estate agency serving the Prescott community, proudly hosted its highly anticipated first annual “ROCK THE BLOCK” Open House at its office in the picturesque Forest Trails neighborhood. The event, held on June 17, was an outstanding success, uniting residents, clients, and industry professionals for an afternoon of celebration, entertainment, and community building.
The “ROCK THE BLOCK” Open House showcased the agency’s commitment to its clientele while extending a warm welcome to the local community. The event provided an opportunity for existing clients to mingle and enjoy a delightful afternoon, as well as an introduction for prospective clients and neighbors to get acquainted with the exceptional services and expertise that the Weichert, Realtors® – CLA team has to offer.
A highlight of the event was the captivating live music performance by Verde River Station, a local band with lead guitarist Alan Williams, a sales representative with Weichert, Realtors® – CLA. Guests were treated to a high-energy performance with a diverse repertoire of music, setting the perfect ambiance for the festive atmosphere. The uplifting music brought joy and a sense of togetherness to attendees.
The “ROCK THE BLOCK” Open House also featured an outdoor barbecue, where guest indulged in food and refreshments prepared by talented culinary experts Chad Merrick and Lindsay McElmell, the husband of Weichert, Realtors® – CLA broker/owner Colleen McElmell.
Adding an extra element of excitement to the event, several raffle prize drawings were held throughout the afternoon. Attendees eagerly awaited their chance to win a variety of prizes sponsored by Weichert, Realtors® – CLA, Stewart Title, and Wohland Mortgage.
