BLUFFTON, S.C. / Nov. 8, 2018 – With the holiday season in full swing, you can bank on a few things in Bluffton: winter-themed decorated homes, Christmas music played in stores, and tall yellow elves at real estate agencies.
The latter might sound strange to some, but not to the folks at Weichert, Realtors® – Coastal Properties. The real estate company is getting ready for Bluffton’s annual Christmas parade on December 1.
“We’ve been looking forward to Bluffton’s most popular holiday event for months,” said Amy McCormick, sales manager of Weichert, Realtors® – Coastal Properties’ Bluffton office. “We have such a great time participating in this parade, which just gets bigger and bigger each year.”
McCormick’s team has already been spotted wearing their Weichert® yellow elf hats around the office while working on this year’s float. And rumor has it that the company’s mascot, Kurt the Bear, will also be at next month’s parade to help the Weichert elves hand out candy.
“Parade watchers loved our gingerbread house float last year,” McCormick said. “And I have no doubt they’ll love this year’s float as well – especially when we’re walking alongside it tossing out candy.”
McCormick and her team are also excited to thank the public for supporting Bluffton’s premier real estate agency over the years at the holiday parade.
“It’s great to participate in this community-wide holiday celebration and to have the opportunity to thank everyone for their continued support,” added McCormick. “We invite everyone in the community to come out and enjoy this year’s parade.”
