BLUE BELL, Pa. / November 21, 2024 – As the winter chill begins to set in, Weichert, Realtors® – Cornerstone brought out the warmth of giving during its third annual Coat Drive to benefit community members in Montgomery County.
Team members from the brokerage organized a successful drive for the third straight year, collecting over 40 coats which were donated to the Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard in Ambler. As the colder months approach, Weichert, Realtors® – Cornerstone encourages everyone to consider how they can support those in need.
“We would like to thank everyone who donated to this great cause,” said Scott Troxel, Associate Broker and Manager of Weichert Realtors® – Cornerstone in Blue Bell. “As the colder days set in, we realize how important coat drives are to support those in need in our community.”
The Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard’s mission is facilitating the concept of “neighbors helping neighbors,” striving to keep families together by providing them with goods and services so they can become more self-sufficient over time. The organization will distribute donations from the Weichert, Realtors® – Cornerstone Coat Drive to local residents in time for the winter months.
