This distinction recognizes the industry’s leading Latino real estate agent teams for their sales performance in the previous year. The LaSalle Team ranked #73 on the Top 100 Latino Teams list, with 84 transactions closed in 2021.

This is the eleventh year that NAHREP® has published their “Top 250” list to recognize individual agents, which includes a Top 100 List to recognize agent teams. The hard work and dedication of the agents appearing on these lists has led them to close an outstanding number of transactions to help increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership. The Top 250 list selection process begins with self-nomination. Candidates provide their individual number of closed residential transactions from the previous year to be ranked against other nominees. NAHREP then validates each entry against a variety of industry and public data sources and ranks qualifying entries. Ethnic background is confirmed through self-attestation.
This year, NAHREP evaluated 2021 sales performance for more than 2,000 agents from across the U.S., including Puerto Rico, for inclusion in the following award categories: Top 250 Agents, Top Teams, Top Agents and Team by Volume, Top Agents in their Respective Regions, Top Rookie Agents, and, for the first time, Top Buyers-Side Agents and Teams. The Top 250 honorees in this year’s list collectively represent 19,856 closed transaction sides and over $6.5 billion in sales volume in 2021.
