CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. / August 10, 2022 — Chattanooga-based real estate brokerage Weichert, Realtors® – SEM Associates recently held its first-ever Cookin’ for a Cause event to raise money for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area.
Agents and team members from the company partnered with White Lightning Harley-Davidson in Chattanooga, where they cooked hamburgers, hot dogs, and had drinks and Girl Scout cookies available for customers. Patrons donated money for their lunch, and the team from Weichert, Realtors® – SEM Associates gave out information on the Habitat for Humanity projects that they’re supporting.
The first Cookin’ for a Cause event was very successful, and the brokerage has another event scheduled for September 10. They will be serving up lunch once again to customers at the White Lightning Harley-Davidson from 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. All donations will go to the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area.
Anyone interested in making a donation for the cause can also stop by the Weichert, Realtors® – SEM Associates office, located at 6650 E. Brainerd Rd. Suite 101 in Chattanooga. Checks can be made out to Habitat for Humanity and will be added to the final donation amount.
