Weichert, Realtors® – Shaun & Shari Group has purchased a new building in downtown Seneca and will hold the grand opening at their office, located at 217 Main St. in downtown Seneca, on September 7th.
With the acquisition, Weichert, Realtors® – Shaun & Shari Group now has offices in Simpsonville, Duncan, and Seneca, South Carolina. The brokerage has brought over five agents from Weichert, Realtors® – In The Golden Corner, including the former company’s Broker/Owner Julie Allen, who has over 40 years of experience in the industry and will focus on sales and helping other agents make the transition to their new brokerage.
The acquisition marks a record period of growth for Weichert, Realtors® – Shaun & Shari Group, which joined the Weichert franchise network in November of 2019. “Our goal with franchising with Weichert was to grow our brokerage beyond our own brand, utilize Weichert’s international relocation reach, and provide our agents with the best technology, tools, and resources in the industry,” said Broker/Owner Shari Phillips. “We are very blessed that this acquisition opportunity came along and are excited to have a physical presence in Seneca to continue serving clients throughout the Upstate.”
