HUNTSVILLE, Ala. / April 29, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – The Space Place, which has been part of the Huntsville community and surrounding areas for many years, is excited to be a part of the 35th Annual Poke Salat Festival.
The Weichert® affiliate is a booth sponsor for this year’s event, which takes place May 17-18 in Arab.
The Poke Salat Festival is hosted by the Arab Downtown Association, in conjunction with the City of Arab and the Arab Chamber of Commerce.

Started in 1984, the Poke Salat Festival takes place along the sidewalks and streets in historic downtown Arab and centers around the Poke Salat dish, which is derived from the Poke Weed plant.
The day’s festivities also include arts and crafts, a food court, children’s games, demonstration and interactive booths, bake sales, civic groups, an annual pet parade and lots of entertainment.
