OVERLAND PARK, Kan. / March 18, 2026 — Weichert, Realtors® – Welch & Company has been recognized as the nation’s top-producing Weichert® franchised company and office for 2025, earning the prestigious Pinnacle Awards from national franchisor Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. This marks the second straight year the brokerage has earned the Pinnacle Top Company Award and fourth straight for the Pinnacle Top Office Award.
The awards are presented annually to the top-producing Weichert affiliates in the country based on gross commission income earned over the past calendar year. Weichert, Realtors® – Welch & Company earned the distinction among a group of over 320 Weichert franchised offices in operation throughout the country.
