This achievement marks the second time in Weichert franchise history that a brokerage has earned the distinction of being the top company and office in the same year.
The Pinnacle Awards are presented annually to the top-producing Weichert affiliates in the country based on gross commission income earned over the past calendar year. Weichert, Realtors® – Welch & Company earned the distinction among a group of over 350 Weichert franchised offices in operation throughout the country. The team was recognized at an awards banquet on February 28 hosted by the Weichert Heartland Broker Council.
