This acquisition brings the two Indiana brokerages together under one umbrella and a new name: Weichert, Realtors® – Illiana. The new brokerage with its three locations will service Northwest Indiana and South Suburban Chicago, under the ownership of Thomas Wold and Kyle Wade.
According to the new Weichert, Realtors® – Illiana broker and primary owner Thomas Wold, the merger builds on the strength of the individual brokerages; creates better opportunities for their agents’ success, growth and development; and increases regional market share. The former Weichert, Realtors® – Wold Group was owned by Thomas Wold and Kyle Wade; the former Weichert, Realtors® – NWI & Company, was owned by Peter and Renata LaSalle. The change took place effective May 1, 2022. As part of the Weichert franchise network, the team at Weichert, Realtors® – Illiana has access to in-depth agent training programs, the latest technology and the most powerful sales and marketing tools in the industry to help provide their clients the best possible real estate service.
