SCHERERVILLE, Ind. / Dec. 22, 2020 — Weichert, Realtors® – Wold Group is proud to announce the addition of Real Estate Broker/Sales Associate Joseph Burdick to its team of talented and dedicated agents.
Burdick will serve clients in Northwest Indiana with all their real estate needs. His primary service areas will be Schererville, Dyer, St. John and Munster.

Burdick was drawn to Weichert, Realtors® – Wold Group due to the company’s dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Prior to becoming a broker, he was a client of Weichert and was impressed with the way they were treated like family and the importance that was placed on their needs throughout the process.
Burdick also has a solid prior relationship with Broker/Owner Tom Wold from their time attending the same church and serving as KidsHope, USA mentors together.
In addition to serving with KidsHope, USA, Burdick also volunteers his time delivering groceries to those in need and serving the community at the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana.
Prior to becoming a licensed broker, Burdick worked in the engineering field for 30 years. He describes his most fulfilling roles as those that were customer-facing where he assisted clients directly and addressed their needs face-to-face.
A native of South Chicago Heights in Illinois, Burdick relocated to Indiana in 2010.
