Annabelle Machiche at Weichert, Realtors® – Peak Performance excited to support Phoenix charity
EL MIRAGE, Ariz. / July 24, 2018 – Annabelle Machiche, an agent at Weichert, Realtors® – Peak Performance in El Mirage, can offer her clients something unique that most other real estate agents in Arizona can’t: an opportunity to help families in Latin America build their own home.
And she has a moving video to show how.
Machiche, who recently began donating a portion of her commission checks to support the House to House program run by the non-profit group 1MISSION, is featured in a new promotional video produced by the Phoenix-based charity.
“What I love about the House to House program specifically is that we get to bless a family together,” Machiche says in the video, available in English and Spanish. “We get to build a home together for a family in need. So when I told the family that the purchase of their new home was actually helping another family in need to build a home for them they were super happy.”
1MISSION partners with people like Machiche who work in the housing industry to raise funds and awareness for its House to House program, which builds homes for families in need in Mexico, Nicaragua and El Salvador.
The program, started about a year ago, has already funded 14 houses in Latin America. In total, 1MISSION has built nearly 800 houses over the past 10 years.
“Any time we can work with someone like Annabelle who is as passionate about our mission as we are it’s a great partnership,” said Nate Hughes, vice president of partnerships at 1MISSION. “She’s a tremendous ambassador for our House to House program.”
