Consecutive Years of Growth Leads to 17% Increase in National Market Presence

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., Feb. 7, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continued to expand its franchise footprint with the addition of 44 new offices in 2017. This growth contributed to an 8 percent increase in national market presence last year and an increase of 17 percent since 2015.
Expansion in the Southern region of the country contributed significantly to the franchise’s growth during 2017, with more than half of new offices added located in Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, Texas and South Carolina.
Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continued to grow its footprint out West as well with the addition of two new affiliates in Arizona and five new offices in California, one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets.
